Can I provide my own injection mould?

Yes. That is the normal path on this service, subject to technical evaluation.

Will you check mould compatibility?

Yes. Compatibility with 100T, 200T and 250T machines is checked before we commit to production.

What information do you need about the mould?

Size, photos, cavities, material, part weight, and how it was run previously if you know the machine tonnage.

Can you run existing tooling that ran at another vendor?

Often, if the mounting and tonnage class match. Previous vendor settings are useful but not magic. We still evaluate.

Can you manufacture samples before bulk production?

Where required, yes. Trial exists to protect both the tool and the specification.

What happens if our mould is not compatible with your machine?

We will say so. We will not force a tool onto the wrong press. You keep the mould and can take it elsewhere.

Do you modify customer moulds?

Tool modification is not an assumed service. If something must be changed for mounting, that is a separate, explicit discussion.

We run 100-ton, 200-ton and 250-ton injection moulding machines. Practical component production is approximately up to 300 g, depending on the mould, material and component design. Machine selection depends on component size, geometry, mould requirements, material, projected area and the production conditions the job needs. A 300 g part does not automatically run on every machine in this list.

Customers can approach us with injection moulds, product drawings or specifications, existing tooling, and components that need outsourced production. Every mould is accepted subject to technical evaluation. We do not guarantee that every customer mould will be compatible with our machines.

We do not claim that every listed component is suitable for every mould.

Industries

Battery manufacturing, electrical equipment, electronics, automotive component suppliers, industrial equipment, pumps and motors, agricultural equipment, solar and energy equipment, consumer product manufacturers and packaging manufacturers may all be relevant if the part fits. We do not position ourselves as a certified specialist in an industry unless that is separately true.

We do not publish savings percentages. Whether outsourcing is cheaper than buying a machine depends on your volume, utilisation and capital cost.
