A large crate and a small clip are not the same job even though both are plastic components. Tell us the weight, wall thickness and mould size so we pick the right machine.
Your mould, your part
This service still needs a working mould. We cannot produce a part that only exists as a digital file with no steel tool.
If you already have a mould, we check it for fit against our machines. If you do not have a mould yet, this page is not the right starting point, talk to us about tooling first.

How we talk about quality
A part is accepted when it matches the approved sample and your written notes. A visible cover and a hidden bracket do not need the same finish, tell us which standard matters for your part.
Existing manufacturing experience
We already manufacture battery crates for customers in the battery industry as ongoing job work. We also produce plastic toys as a separate wholesale line. That does not change how we handle industrial component orders, you still supply the mould and the specification.
What customers need to provide
Tell us the part name, estimated weight, material if known, colour, quantity and whether the mould is ready. A photo of the part helps if you have no drawing.

Can you make any plastic part under 300 grams?
Not automatically. Weight is only one factor, the shape, mould and material also decide if we can run it.
Do you keep our design?
Your design stays yours. We only keep the production notes needed to repeat the job.
Can one order cover several parts?
Yes. List each part and its mould, each one still needs its own fit check.
Can you make a part from a sample only, with no mould?
A sample helps us understand the part, but production still needs a mould. We will not treat a sample as a substitute for tooling.
Do you mould parts with metal inserts?
This is not something we advertise as a standard capability. Send the insert drawing and we will tell you honestly if we can take it on.
