Audience

Who this job work service is for

Job work is a production arrangement. You keep ownership of the mould and the product, we run the machines to your approved specification.

Manufacturers with a full production line

Factories that already sell their own products but do not want to add another press for one mould or a seasonal order.

OEMs who need a specific part repeated

Companies that need a named plastic part produced in the same way, order after order, using their own die.

Battery and electrical companies with a mould

Useful where a crate, housing or cover already has a mould and simply needs a shop to run it.

Businesses with a machine that is down or missing

If the mould exists and your press is under repair, sold, or not yet installed, job work is the usual next step.

Service

What you get on a job work order

We do not sell the finished part as a catalogue item. The output is your component, packed the way you ask.

  • Machine time on 100 ton, 200 ton or 250 ton presses, matched to your mould after we look at it.
  • Trained operators for the full production run.
  • Production against the specification you approve, not a generic in-house design.
  • Packing and dispatch in the form you specify.
  • A written confirmation before bulk production starts, so both sides agree on the same job.
Machines

Machine capacity

We run 100 ton, 200 ton and 250 ton injection moulding machines. Machine selection depends on your part size, the mould and the material, not on a fixed rule.

100T

100 ton injection moulding machine

200T

200 ton injection moulding machine

250T

250 ton injection moulding machine

We assign a machine only after checking your mould size, the material and the part weight. A small part can still need a larger machine, depending on the mould.

Tooling

How we handle a mould you send us

Most enquiries start with a mould that already exists. We look at it closely before we agree to run it.

You can send drawings, photos of the mould, or the mould itself for evaluation. Every mould is checked before we schedule it. Not every mould will fit our machines, and we will tell you plainly if it does not.

  1. 01You send mould and part details
  2. 02We check if the mould fits our machines
  3. 03We agree on production terms
  4. 04We run a trial if the job needs one
  5. 05You approve the trial part

Components

Parts we can produce

Below are examples. Whether your part fits depends on the mould and material, not on this list.

Housings Covers Trays Crates Boxes Brackets Handles Knobs Caps Clips Mounting parts

We do not claim that every listed part is suitable for every mould.

Industries

Industries that send us job work

These are common industries we work with. We do not claim to be certified specialists in any of them unless that is stated separately.

Battery manufacturing Electrical equipment Electronics Automotive suppliers Industrial equipment Pumps and motors Agricultural equipment Solar equipment Consumer products Packaging
Business case

Why manufacturers choose job work over buying a press

No new machine to buy

Job work uses our press, not your capital. The mould is the only thing you need to already own.

Puts your mould to work

The mould already exists somewhere. Job work runs it without you buying new equipment or floor space.

Repeat orders stay simple

Once we approve the first run, later orders follow the same agreed process.

We do not publish savings numbers. Whether job work costs less than buying your own machine depends on your order volume and how often you would actually run it.

Workflow

Production process

A typical enquiry follows this path. We do not skip the mould check to win the order faster.

1

Share your requirement

Send part details, mould data, material and the quantity you expect.

2

We check the mould

We confirm whether the part and mould suit 100T, 200T or 250T.

3

Trial run

We produce a sample for your approval where the job needs it.

4

You approve the trial

Once approved, we lock the specification for production.

5

Bulk production

We run your order to the agreed quantity.

6

Packing and dispatch

Finished parts are packed and sent as agreed.

Quality

How we talk about quality

We match the sample and specification you approve. We do not claim ISO certification or a fixed tolerance band unless we have actually measured it on your mould.

Experience

Existing manufacturing experience

We already produce battery crates for companies in the battery industry. This is real, ongoing mould based production, not a one off sample.

Procurement

What customers need to provide

Send as many of these details as you can. Missing details only slow down the check, they do not stop the conversation.

  • Component drawing, a PDF or a paper scan is fine
  • 3D CAD if you have it, STEP, STP, IGES or STL. Email or WhatsApp the file, this form does not accept uploads
  • Mould or tooling details and photos
  • Material specification if you know it
  • Expected quantity
  • Component weight
  • Colour requirement
  • Packaging requirement
  • Delivery location
  • An existing sample, if you can spare one

FAQ

Questions buyers ask on this search

What does job work mean in injection moulding?

It means you supply the mould and the specification. We supply the machine, the operators and the production run.

Can you use a mould we already own?

In most cases yes, after we check the mould size, weight and material against our machines.

What machines do you currently run?

We run 100 ton, 200 ton and 250 ton injection moulding machines.

Is there a weight limit for the part?

Practical production is usually up to around 300 grams, but this depends on the mould and material, not a fixed rule.

Do you produce in bulk?

Yes. Job work is meant for production quantities after a trial is approved, not single test pieces.

Can we place repeat orders?

Yes, once your first order is approved, later orders follow the same process, as long as the mould stays in good condition.

How do we send a mould for checking?

Start with photos, the mould size, number of cavities and material. We will tell you if it looks like a fit before anything ships.
